What would be life of EMI music without the Beatles in its catalogue? After the break up of British music major, we need Hamlet to give a doubt another chance: Will Sony and Universal be able to run the historical face of many tunes?

In the new vision of music digital market, a tune is a tune: you buy, download and listen to it! New generation shouldn’t forget behind each artist or a band there is a label and many stories. EMI music made some mistakes in the past, and here you are the price to pay: Beatles, Coldplay and other musicians under another label. I don’t know how new buyers will run this collecion of songs, but the digital vision of music market mustn’t bury the past, where record producers like George Martin still shine on us.
